How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the steps sent to your email.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account and its content from our systems. More at /delete-account.
How does Xchange work?
Xchange lets you swap skills and services with other people — no money involved. Post what you can offer and what you’d like in return, propose an exchange, agree on a time, and leave a review once it’s done.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the post or profile, tap the “•••” menu, and choose Report or Block. We review reports and act on content that breaks our rules.
