Delete your account

xhour account & data deletion

Delete your account from the app

Open xhour and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, profile, posts, messages, offers and uploaded media from our active systems. This action cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

Email us at privacy@xhour.app from the email address associated with your account and ask for deletion. We will verify the request and delete the account.

What is deleted, and when

Your account and all associated content are removed from our active systems immediately. Encrypted database backups expire automatically within 30 days. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
